The Melody Wings Uranus is a sophisticated quadbrid in-ear monitor developed in collaboration with singer-songwriter Azuna Riko. Combining four different driver technologies with a precision 4-way crossover, Uranus delivers a spacious, full-bodied presentation with rich bass, expressive vocals and extended high-frequency detail.

Each earpiece features a 10mm bone-conduction driver, 10mm beryllium-plated dynamic driver, balanced armature and piezoelectric driver. The 4-way crossover assigns each driver to its intended frequency range, helping maintain smooth transitions and minimise unwanted frequency overlap.

The 10mm bone-conduction driver provides the foundation for the lowest frequencies, adding depth, physicality and atmosphere without excessive boom. A 10mm beryllium-plated dynamic driver with an N52 magnet and dual-cavity structure handles the mid-bass and lower frequencies, giving instruments and vocals a natural, substantial foundation.

For the mid and upper-midrange, the balanced armature driver focuses on vocal clarity, density and imaging, helping preserve subtle vocal textures and emotional expression. The piezoelectric driver extends the upper frequencies, adding overtones, air and openness to the presentation.

Uranus was tuned with a focus on comfortable, long-term listening. Its sound combines a fuller bass response with smooth, natural tonality and clear, engaging vocals.

The design is equally distinctive. Each shell is 3D-printed from HeyGears environmentally friendly, hypoallergenic resin, with hand-painted royal blue and cyan faceplates accented by gold and white details inspired by the icy atmosphere and diamond rain of Uranus.

An ergonomic shell shape developed using human ear data distributes contact pressure more evenly for a secure fit during extended listening.

Uranus includes a 4-core silver-plated OCC cable with a modular termination system, allowing you to switch between 3.5mm single-ended, 4.4mm balanced and USB-C connections. The USB-C option provides convenient compatibility with modern smartphones, tablets and computers.
