DALI successfully packed them inside a compact case and paired with 4.5” wood fibre cone and 1.1” soft dome tweeter, with optimized airflow, and the new crossover design with Mundorf high quality capacitors.

 

Now for the sound: Menuet is fast and responsive, with the reminiscence of it's higher end siblings of Epicon and Rubicon alike, smooth and detailed, with a big soundstage for it's compact size. Bass is punchy and well received with textured, and does not bleed into the midrange. The mids in the Menuet is quite solid, with pleasing rich vocal and slightly forward treble presentation.

Menuet SE comes with a lovely Wild Walnut outlook and a perfectly applied high gloss finish, it is truly an eye candy for the audiophiles. It is also the best selling mid-high end DALI speakers in Japan as the compact size is greatly appreciated in compact areas!
