Lypertek will always conjure up tonality with good clarity and transparency. Z3 (Tevi) has been receiving tons of good reviews from audiophiles for years, as a value buy and high performance TWS IEM. However, some may think that it’ll be more satisfying if the tuning can be warmer and more musical. Though the Z3 (Tevi) has superb resolution at its price range, sometimes the treble might sound too bright. Besides, the bass is a bit shy, which makes it difficult to create a lush surrounding ambiance.

Lypertek seems to have heard the feedback from audiophiles and released Z5 with smoother treble, fuller body and richer bass. I personally like the Z5 very much. The treble still has a good extension but is less aggressive than the Z3 (Tevi). The imaging is more solid and lively. It also has more upper bass, giving a more rumbling slam with great impact, while not being overly boomy. Compared to Z3 (Tevi) or Z7, I think the tonality of Z5 is more suitable to perform Pop, Rock and EDM music well.
