The brand new Spinfit W1 is made of medical grade silicone, evident from its transparent clear outlook. It also has a secret recipe, the innovative double-layered W core design.
This unique design allows Spinfit to integrate soft and hard silicon in a single package, akin to yin and yang coming together.

Being able to use an even softer medical grade silicone on the outer flanges for a higher level of wearing comfort, an additional benefit being the extra grip on the surface of the flanges.
While the harder/stiffer silicone for the inner core design helps the W1 eartip to have a firm grip on earphone nozzles and improved sound quality by having less deform on the shaft.

Speaking of sound quality, the new Spinfit W1 instantly became one of my favourite eartip.
I find that it helps improve treble extension by a degree while not having a hint of over brightness and spikes.
I can pick up even more details from my music, allowing me to rediscover all the micro details placed inside the music tracks by the original composer.
The soundstage is more open, notably when watching movies. The bass feels more controlled, hits tighter and doesn't get muddy.
